Following is the brief Biography of this scholar:
Avadhanam is the demonstration of literary genius; answering questions simultaneously on varied subject matters like literature, poetry, mathematics, science, music, and other knowledge focused entities in poetic form.
Avdhanam can be with 8 or 100 such questioners at the same time, or working with a similar talented person as a duet. Telugu language has the unique distinction in developing, honoring, and training in this particular literary tradition.
Sri Vaddiparti Padmakar is the only one to accomplish Avadhanam in 3 languages, namely Telugu, Sanskrit, and Hindi (Tribhasha Avadhani). He is an Ashtaavadhani, as well as a Sataavadhani. He completed 654 Ashtaavadhanams, 10 Sataavadhanams, and 6 Duet Avadhaanams.
He has to his credit, a non-stop performance of Poetry Recitation-756 poems in 207 minutes.
He has demonstrated extraordinary memory in his abilities to give extensive lectures on Hindu Scriptures without the use of any prepared notes; recitation of thousands of poems from Bhagavatam, and other ancient scriptures etc.
